iTexas Realty Co. Blog: First, you get a couple of Sticks

First, you get a couple of Sticks

Chronicling the continuing progress on a home built from the ground up.

After the Builder has completed setting the forms for the foundation, then completing the foundation infrastructure and the rough plumbing for water and sewer, they pour the slab.

We go from this:

Foundation Ready for Framing

To this:

Piles of framing panels

The framing panels (above) have been delivered,

Risers and Trusses

including the trusses for the roofing and the extensions (below), to the panels (to get the ceiling heights of 9 feet on the first floor). Soon those walls will start going up.

Keep watching for more of the progress and call us for assistance with getting your San Antonio dream home built!

We've monitored many production and custom builds for our clients- it's great when it all falls together and everyone is happy.  But we've learned that the "lot people" who think they want to buy a lot and 'someday' will build their 'dream home' usually don't.  If you want to build your DREAM HOME on your DREAM LOT- WE CAN HELP, but not unless you're READY!    -Steve
