iTexas Realty Co. Blog: What's a Guy to Do? Silly Sunday

What's a Guy to Do? Silly Sunday

We see the strangest things as we drive through San Antonio neighborhoods.  I always notice this home as their neatly trimmed and shady yard and the brick of the home juxtaposed against the black shutters always looks so appealing, but this time there was something new in the yard...

A Porta Potty, and next to it a man opening what looks like a bathroom window of the house.

Do you suppose there's no paper in the plastic convenience???

I think the funniest part is that you stopped to take a picture. Did the man in the window notice? :)

If he's like me he doesn't want to go into one of those things.  He is trying to climb into the bathroom without the owners knowing.

I think that's a great way to add another bath to a home. I may suggest that to my sellers in the future if they only have 1 or 1 1/2 baths.  :-)

That is funny!  I guess that I agree with Rich, that is an inexpensive way to add a 1/4 bath to the house!

I will just keep MY commet(s) to myself. I wonder if he saw you take that pic?

I am thinking he was looking for fresh air.  Most of those porta potties need an exhaust fan!

Sara,

That is quite a shot.  I love that you have your camera at the ready to catch all types of situations.  Thanks for the laugh, wishing you a great week.

That is rather odd to have a Porta Potty in the yard. Maybe they are doing some serious remodel and we cant really tell from this angle. :-)

When you list this should you just put an extra half bath and note you are not sure about permits.  If you put a hose through the roof you could advertise as a full bath with a shower.

Maybe they are just have all their windows reflashed so they added a porta potty so he wouldn't have to go inside while they are gone.

That definitely does not qualify as "curb appeal," but maybe that's just me! LOL
