iTexas Realty Co. Blog: Buyers Just Hanging Out

Buyers Just Hanging Out

We have some Buyers looking for new homes and always see something odd while we are out shopping...

Buyers hanging out

It has been a quiet week here at the real estate office...

Internet shoppers and actual showings are both down, though we are staying busy with Buyers whom we hafve been in contact with for months. Our unseasonal and unsusual heat wave isn't helping showings at all. Steve and I have had a few military buyers making early buying/shopping trips and have relocation buyers arriving next week; but it's not until school lets out that the majority will arrive here in town to perk up our market.  We are expecting to see a stonger June than last year's for the move-up market.

In the meantime, rates are excellent.  This week's Texas Vet loan rate is is 4.85% and service members, current and former (not just "retired"), are eligible.  Conventional is also below 5% on a 30 year fixed.

Have a wonderful week!

Hello Sara and that is a funny photo and a great title for your post! I am sorry to say this is not over and certain cities across the US will continue to show falls in home values.

LOL -- what a funny photo.  Just wonder how that person is going to get down!  Oh by the way, please send some sun to the east coast.

Hi Sara:  Very funny it appears he was sitting on the edge of the ceiling.  My brother is an electrician and told me once he was coming down a ladder and a woman said "Oh Nice Legs", before she scurried off!

Ha! That picture is great.  Was that a buyer or a seller? :)

Hi Bob- Our market is blessedly stable, but the slow sales are a real trial for Sellers.

Hi Joan- I'd send some sun if we had some.  We are having too many overcast days.

Hi Jane- You never know what people will say.  I'm surprised she didn't stick around.  After all, if she's that brash...

Hi Lori- I think this is the Buyer I am trying to get to call me back!

Thanks for stopping by to comment!

Sara,

We have some "game-changers" coming into play here, so activity has picked greatly.

Those look like my shoes, but I use a much longer ladder so that I can get up and down more easily. LOL

I think that to receive the personal loans from banks you ought to have a good motivation. However, once I have received a secured loan, because I was willing to buy a bike.
