It has been warm and sunny this week in San Antonio, Texas and home building is progressing on this project which is scheduled for completion in June.
You can see that since last week's progress post, the plumbing, radiant-barrier and ductwork have been installed - as well as the stairs! The roofing has been started and we should see shingles installed soon.
Next project up for the interior will be the electrical work and the wiring for phone and cable. Keep and eye out for next week's photos to see how the project is moving along!

This is our Buyer's new residence. It's over 4700 square feet (Our new house is definitely smaller!), and has beautiful finish-out - dark cabinetry, granite, extensive tile flooring, bronze fixtures and bronze hardware.
