It's the end of a long day, so I thought I might share with our friends a photos of where I WISH that I had been able to spend my day on a warm Saturday afternoon
- maybe relaxing on a blanket, sipping some wine and having a picnic with Steve.
Maybe next week...

So, did your Saturday live up to it's potential? I hope that it did!

I love the photo and wish we had a similar scene here in NH. Unfortunately, most of the state is still without power and tree limbs and branches are everywhere.
Well, it was a nice day for ducks here too - pouring with rain.
Sara, There is still too much cold and snow to spend much time outdoors or I would have gone to a park as well.....It's where we head the minute the weather turns bearable (and I love ducks...I can watch them for hours :)
Nice picture, I was sitting on a pond yesterday watching the same thing. Wishing that spring was here. Won't be long.
Hi Sara ~ Oh for a duck's life! Looks good. I've always thought being a bird would be a great thing. And a water bird even better - get to swim and soar above it all. Sweet!

I had a great weekend and expanded the family. Now I have to go to an Open House and try to support the bunch.
I was brushing snow off my azelas and cutting back the poor, pitiful branches on my hydrangeas. Our ducks are still walking on ice.
Still, the daffodils are starting to come up . .

Just don't have any bread with your wine or you might end up with ducks on your laps.
