On a Saturday as we speed toward Spring, I love to dream of a new flower bed, full of bright colors, gorgeous foliage and the dark mulch that makes the blooms really "pop". I love to imagine what varieties I will plant in my San Antonio garden as soon as it warms up a bit. Spring, spring, won't you hurry!

If only they could be framed and last longer...

Now you have brought on my Spring Fever a little early!
As we are expecting snow here tomorrow, I am grateful for the visual you just provided. Thanks. Enjoy your weekend.
Sara, I was dreaming of that today also as I was running around my yard AGAIN covering my plants for this next few days of brrrrrrrrrrrr cold.
I have been dreaming of spring starting on Jan 1... instead we have 8 degrees right now with a lot of wind and it feels like -10! BRRR hurry spring.
That's a picture to put up in front of you. Gorgeous colors.
Sara, I amgoing to fill my house with fresh flowers for the Chinese New Year....they will feel SO good!
I used to fill my home with flowers in winter when I lived in Canada. Now, I am lucky to just pick them out my front door year round in Naples. I am blessed.
With all this "Global Warming" you would think you should be able to plant already.
Hey, Sara and Steve - They can be framed so that they will last longer! It's a craft that I was involved in several decades ago, and the technology is much better today. Now you can even preserve flowers in three dimensions with their original color.
Sara,
We love the signs of spring, and the flowers they bringl..Isn't it time to plan bulbs in your area? Lovely post, I love the Texas blue bells.
