There is really nothing like the day after Christmas.
Not the first day of retirement
Not the first day of vacation
Not even the moment after 5 kids finally go to bed
Really, the Peace is Incomparable:
Exquisite in it's Simplicity,
Glorious in it's Silence,
Heavenly.

This is the only way I can illustrate it.
Serenity, off the wing, while flying over the Sierras.
I hope that your days and hearts are full and that your Christmas memories last a lifetime.

Sara,
Nice picture. I assume that you have no need to participate in the annual tradition of gift returning.
Lovely post...thanks for sharing!
Our Christmas is extended today, where we are having another family gathering at my sister's place. She and her husband had to be with his family for Christmas. So today, it's her turn.
And...she's ordering Chinese food. We've had enough of ham and turkey and dressing and pies. Looking forward to another fun day!
Hi Sara: I had to comment about those mountains - they look so small from up there.
:)
Looks a little chilly and a nice capture!
VB ;o)
Hi All-
Thanks for stopping by to comment. Everyone seems to really enjoy a photo of the skies. No, I was not tempted to open the window!
